The project was prepared by Jiyuan Qingyuan Water Treatment Co., Ltd., located in Huling Provincial Chemical Industrial Park, with an investment of 460 million yuan. Construction started in October 2018. After orderly engineering construction, equipment installation and commissioning, and trial production, it reach the standard and production capacity at the end of 2021.

From raw materials to production and finished products, workers operate on computers uniformly, realizing the automation of the entire production process.
