Inhalation Cough. Sore throat. Use local exhaust or breathing protection. Fresh air, rest.
Skin Redness. Burning sensation. Itching. Protective gloves. Remove contaminated clothes. Rinse and then wash skin with water and soap.
Eyes Redness. Pain. Wear safety goggles. First rinse with plenty of water for several minutes (remove contact lenses if easily possible), then refer for medical attention.
Ingestion Abdominal pain. Nausea. Vomiting. Do not eat, drink, or smoke during work. Wash hands before eating. Rinse mouth. Induce vomiting (ONLY IN CONSCIOUS PERSONS!). Refer for medical attention.
1-Hydroxy Ethylidene-1, 1-Diphosphonic Acid (HEDP) is reacted with sodium hydroxide to form the sodium salt of HEDP.

Amino Trimethylene Phosphonic Acid (ATMP) is then added to the solution, and the pH of the mixture is adjusted to 7-9 using sodium hydroxide.

The mixture is then heated to about 90-100°C, and sodium carbonate is added to adjust the pH to 9-10.

The mixture is then concentrated to obtain the crude product, which is further purified to obtain Penta sodium salt of Amino Trimethylene Phosphonic Acid (ATMP•Na5).

What is ATMP Na5?
ATMP·Na5 is the sodium salt solution of ATMP, which can prevent the scale formation salts in water from forming scale, especially the formation of calcium carbonate scale. ATMP·Na5 is used for metal corrosion inhibition in boiler water treatment, oilfield reinjection water system, industrial and municipal clean water treatment and cooling water treatment. ATMP·Na5, as a general-purpose low-cost scale inhibitor, it has good corrosion inhibition effect on zinc salt and phosphate, and has good chelating performance.

ATMP·Na5 is compounded with other organic phosphoric acid, polycarboxylic acid or salt to form an organic alkaline water treatment agent, which is used in circulating cooling water systems under various water quality conditions. ATMP·Na5 is weakly alkaline, pay attention to labor protection during operation, avoid contact with skin and eyes. And rinse with plenty of water after contact.
