Wear hood type motorized air supply filtering dust respirator |
Get out of the scene quickly to fresh air. Keep airway open. If breathing is difficult, give
oxygen. If breathing stops, administer artificial respiration immediately. Seek medical
attention. |
Skin |
Moderate to severe skin damage. |
Wear a rubberized gas vest. |
Remove contaminated clothing immediately and rinse skin thoroughly with soapy water and
water. Seek medical attention. |

Lift eyelids and rinse with running water or saline. Seek medical attention. |
Ingestion |
Tooth damage |
Smoking, eating and drinking are prohibited on the work site. Shower and change clothes
after work. Maintain good hygiene practices. |
Drink a sufficient amount of warm water, induce vomiting, and seek medical attention. |
Aluminum ash reacts with sodium hydroxide to produce sodium aluminate solution, and then hydrochloric
acid is used to adjust the pH value to produce polymerized aluminum chloride solution.
Frequently Asked Questions
How is Calcium Hypochlorite stored?
1. This product should be stored separately from organic substances, flammable substances, explosive
substances, reducing agents, poisonous substances, acids, etc. Avoid exposure to sunlight or rain during
storage and transportation. It is not suitable for long-term storage. If it is stored for one year, it
will lose about 6% to 12%. If the iron drum is damaged, electric welding cannot be used, but tin welding
should be used, and it is best to use a drum repairing agent to repair it. Handle with care when loading
and unloading, do not roll. In case of fire, yellow sand and carbon dioxide fire extinguishers can be
used to put out the fire. Firefighters should wear gas masks or gas masks.
2. Store in a cool, ventilated warehouse. Keep away from fire and heat sources. The storage temperature
should not exceed 30°C, and the relative humidity should not exceed 80%. The packaging is required to be
airtight and not in contact with air. It should be stored separately from reducing agents, acids, and
combustibles, and should not be stored together. It should not be stored in large quantities or stored
for a long time. Storage areas should be equipped with suitable materials to contain spills.
Spill emregency measures?
Isolate the leaked contaminated area and restrict access. It is recommended that emergency personnel
wear self-contained breathing apparatus and wear general work overalls. Do not come into direct contact
with spilled material. Do not let the leakage come into contact with reducing agents, organics,
combustibles or metal powders.
Small amount of leakage: avoid dust, collect with a clean shovel in a dry, clean, covered container.
Move to a safe place.
Large spills: Cover with plastic sheeting or canvas to reduce scattering. Then collect and recycle or
transport to waste disposal site for disposal.
