Prepare the monomer Methyl Methacrylate (MMA) as the main raw material.

In a reaction vessel, add MMA, Benzoyl Peroxide (BPO) as initiator, and stabilizers, and mix them well.

Heat the reaction vessel to 80-100°C and start the polymerization reaction. As the reaction proceeds, the monomer gradually polymerizes into a polymer.

Maintain the reaction temperature and time until the reaction is complete.

Process and post-treat the reaction product to obtain TH-1100 polymer.
