What is TH-150?
TH-150 Antiscalant and Dispersant for RO Membrane is a high-efficiency liquid antiscalant, used to control the scaling deposits in the membrane separation system, effectively control calcium carbonate, calcium silicate and calcium sulfate scale, its scale inhibition performance is great and does not form insoluble polymers with residual organic coagulants. Prevent scaling in reverse osmosis (RO), nanofiltration (NF) or ultrafiltration (UF) systems without ion exchange pretreatment, improve permeate yield and quality, and reduce operating costs.

The features of TH-150?
(1) This product can be used together with organic flocculants and it can be used to produce drinking water.
(2) This product effectively controls the scaling of calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, barium sulfate and strontium sulfate, and the L.S.I value is as high as 3.0 without scaling.
(3) All major reverse osmosis membranes can be used.
(4) Maintain a clean reverse osmosis membrane surface by dispersing blocking particles.
(5) Influent pH is effective within the range of 5 to 9.
(6) It can be added directly without dilution, or after dilution.
(7) This product has good tolerance to aluminum and iron oxides.

The usage?
In order to achieve the best use effect, TH-150 should be added before static mixing or cartridge filter, the typical dosage is 2~6mg/L, which can be diluted with RO membrane permeate or deionized water.
NOTE: Membrane fouling can result from overdosing or underdosing.
