TH-503 Scale and Corrosion Inhibitor for Boiler is a composite product composed of organic phosphonic acid and polycarboxylic acid and other polymers. It has high corrosion and scale inhibition performance, and its temperature resistance is particularly good, so it can be effectively used in furnace water treatment of low-pressure boilers. Boilers include plumbing, steam, locomotive boilers, etc. This product can also be used for corrosion inhibition and scale prevention in systems such as seawater desalination, distillation and automobile water tanks.

The instructions?
According to the ratio of adding 200g agent per ton of water, it can be added to the supplementary water of the boiler. When using it, pay attention to the sewage discharge. It is required to discharge the sewage every hour for 5-10 seconds each time. If the boiler is running with scale, the dosage of the agent can be increased. After 20 days, the furnace should be shut down, and the scale that has fallen off should be manually cleaned to prevent the dirt from clogging the pipeline, and then it should be turned into normal operation. If possible, the concentration ratio of the furnace water can be measured and controlled at about 10 times, and other parameters are adjusted according to the relevant regulations of the labor department (such as the pH of the furnace water is 10-12, etc.). The dosing water tank should be made of plastic, and the cement pool should be treated with anticorrosion, otherwise it will be easily corroded by the medicine, thus increasing the hardness of the water.
The total hardness of boiler make-up water should be controlled within 200mg/L. If the hardness is too high, lime method or other methods can be used to reduce the hardness, otherwise the scale inhibition effect of TH-503, a special corrosion and scale inhibitor for boilers, will be affected.

This product is packed in plastic barrels, 25kg per barrel or according to customers's requirements. Store in a cool place, the storage period is ten months.
