What is TH-604?
TH-604 is composed of organic phosphonic acid, polycarboxylic acid, carbon steel corrosion inhibitor and copper corrosion inhibitor. It has a good chelating and dispersing effect on calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, calcium phosphate, etc. And it has good corrosion inhibition effect on carbon steel and copper. This product is mainly used for corrosion and scale inhibition in circulating cooling water systems, such as circulating cooling water systems in power plants, chemical plants, petrochemicals, and steel. This product has good corrosion inhibition effect and strong scale resistance.

The usage of TH-604?
Add the required TH 604 per day into the plastic dosing barrel. For convenience, it can be diluted with water and then added continuously at the inlet of the circulation pump with a metering pump or by adjusting the valve. The dosing concentration is generally 5~20mg/L (based on the amount of water added).

The package and storage?
TH-604 is packed in plastic barrels, 25kg per barrel, 200kg per barrel or according to customers’ requirements. Stored in a cool place indoors, the storage period is ten months.
