TH-607 Scale Inhibitor for Oilfield Refill Water are composed of various organic phosphoric acids, special surfactants, synergists, etc., which have a chelating effect on Ca and Mg in water, inhibit the formation of scale through lattice distortion. It has a good chelating and dispersing effect on calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate and calcium phosphate in water. This product is mainly used for scale inhibition and descaling of formations and pipelines in the process of oil production to prevent formation and pipeline blockage caused by scaling. Scale inhibitors have the advantages of high temperature resistance, alkali resistance, salt resistance, and stability in oil layer conditions, and they have the characteristics of low dosage and good compatibility with other chemicals.

The usage of TH-607?
Add the antiscalant required every day into the plastic dosing barrel (or box). For convenience, it can be diluted with water and then added continuously with a metering pump or by adjusting the valve. According to the amount of water injected, the dosage of antiscalant is generally 10~50mg/L, and the recommended dosage is 40ppm. The specific dosage should be determined according to the water quality.
