What is TH-682?
TH-682 is mainly composed of special surfactant, high-efficiency dispersant, corrosion inhibitor, etc. It is suitable for systems with low hardness water as cooling medium. The content of calcium and magnesium ions in low hardness water is low, and no scaling will occur, so corrosion inhibition has become the main problem. After a lot of experimental screening, we choose TH-682, a green and environmentally friendly carbon steel corrosion and scale inhibitor for low hardness water. It is a mixed corrosion inhibitor, which mainly plays a role of corrosion inhibition by inhibiting the polarization of metals.TH-682 does not contain toxic substances such as nitrite and chromate, and has no pollution to the environment. The corrosion rate of TH-682 to carbon steel is much lower than the national standard in normal use.

The usage of TH-682?
It is recommend to add the required daily corrosion and scale inhibitor TH-682 into the plastic dosing barrel (or box). For convenience, after diluting with soft water, using a metering pump or adjust the valve to continuously add the agent at the inlet of the circulating pump (that is, at the outlet of the sump). Dosing concentration is generally 10-30mg/L (in terms of supplementary water).
