What is TH-707 Pretreatment Filming Agent?
TH-707 Pretreatment Filming Agent is mainly composed of various complexing agents, dispersants, film-forming agents, surfactants, etc. The unshared electron pairs of oxygen atoms in organic complexes chemically adsorb with metal ions such as iron and calcium or iron atoms with partial positive charges to form coordination bonds, and finally produce a layer of insoluble chelation film covering carbon steel and other metal surfaces. This kind of film has a large resistance and can isolate the metal from the corrosive medium in the water, thereby inhibiting corrosion.
TH-707 Pretreatment Filming Agent has the characteristics of fast film-forming speed, fine and uniform film quality, good chemical stability and low corrosion rate. This product has strong adaptability to water quality and is not interfered by harmful ions such as copper and iron in water. TH-707 Pretreatment Filming Agent is mainly used for the pre-filming of heat exchange equipment and pipelines after the start-up of a new circulating cooling water system or system maintenance, to form a protective film on the metal surface to prevent corrosion of carbon steel, copper alloy, stainless steel and other materials during operation.

The usage of TH-707?
The dosing concentration of this product is generally 1000mg/L. The pre-film time is 12-24 hours in the cold state and 8-16 hours in the hot state. The calcium ion in the water is not less than 50 mg/L when pre-filming, and the pH is 6-7 for the best effect.

The package and storage?
TH-707 Pretreatment Filming Agent is packed in plastic barrels, 25kg per barrel or determined according to customers’ needs. Store TH-707 Pretreatment Filming Agent in a cool place. A small amount of precipitation will occur if it is left for a long time, which will not affect the use. The storage period is ten months.
