The performance and application of TH-904?
The main component of TH-904 dispersant is anionic polymer. TH-904 dispersant can be adsorbed on the surface of various tiny particles and generate electrostatic repulsion to disperse them, avoiding sedimentation and coarsening. TH-904 dispersant is widely used as dispersant for paper coatings and architectural coatings, concrete retarder, water reducing agent and as chelating dispersant in textile printing and dyeing industries. It can also be used as a paint dispersant, pigment dispersant, paper-making paint dispersant, kaolin dispersant, calcium carbonate dispersant, clay dispersant, titanium dioxide dispersant, talcum powder dispersant, barium sulfate dispersant, coal water slurry dispersant and cement dispersant. Adding TH-904 dispersant in the grinding process of the slurry can greatly reduce the viscosity of the processed material, facilitate the processing of the material, and the slurry viscosity is stable after dispersion.

Instructions?
The general dosage of TH-904 dispersant is about 0.2-2% of the material (solid), and the actual dosage can be determined according to the experiment.

Packaging and Storage?
TH-904 dispersant is packed in plastic barrels, 25kg per barrel or determined according to customers’ requirements. Store in a cool, dry place indoors, protected from frost and sun, and the storage period is ten months.
