The main component of TH-908 ceramic dispersant is anionic polymer salt. This product can be adsorbed on the surface of various tiny particles and generate electrostatic repulsion to disperse them, avoiding sedimentation and coarsening. It is mainly used as an additive in magnetic materials, electronic ceramics, paper industry, alumina ceramics, household ceramics and other industries. Adding TH-908 ceramic dispersant in the grinding process of slurry can greatly reduce the viscosity of the processed material, which is convenient to the processing of products, and the viscosity of the slurry is stable after dispersion. TH-908 ceramic dispersant is completely volatilized during the firing process of the product, and has no effect on the physical and chemical properties of the product. TH-908 has less foam, non-toxic, non-corrosive, and it is a non-dangerous product.

The Instructions?
Put the raw material containing a certain amount of water in the grinder or stirring tank (barrel), and add a certain amount of TH-908 ceramic dispersant to this product. After grinding, a slurry with high solid content and good stability and fluidity can be obtained, reducing its water consumption is beneficial to grinding and shortening the period of drying process. In the production of powder by dry pressing method or semi-dry pressing method, the dry powder obtained by spray granulation has good strength during the pressing process, which greatly enhances the wear resistance of semi-finished products and reduce defects such as uneven shrinkage and cracking during firing.

The package and storage?
TH-908 ceramic dispersant is packaged in plastic barrels, 25kg per barrel or determined according to customers’ requirements. Store in a cool, dry place indoors, protected from frost and sun, and the storage period is ten months from the production date.
